Who can travel on the excursion coaches?

Our excursions are open to anyone, however we would ask that each booking is made by someone over 18, and that each 'group' booked on the excursion is accompanied by someone over the age of 18.

Does the excursion coach have an onboard toilet?
Our coaches on these trips are not fitted with toilets, however comfort stops are made on longer journeys.

Are all your coaches fitted with seatbelts?

Yes, all our coaches are fitted with seatbelts, some have lap belts and some have 3-point seatbelts. It is a legal requirement that each passenger wears the seatbelt provided whilst the vehicle is in motion.

What type of ticket should we buy?

We sell Child Tickets for children aged upto 16, adult tickets for passengers over 17, and for over 60's we sell senior tickets. If your child held a yellow school bus pass for at least a term between January 2011 and July 2011 for one of the following routes (MY1, MY2, MY4, MY5, MY6, MY7, MY8, MY9) then you will be able to purchase a discounted child ticket on these excursions, and remember the organiser travels for £5* if there are 9 or more booked in the same group. (*£15 on the Druisillas Trip)

What makes up a family for a family ticket?

A family ticket is a group ticket that is available for 4 people, at least 2 must be children, and 1 must be an adult. The holders of this ticket don't need to be from the same family but must travel together.

How long will the pick up route take?

We aim to make all pick ups within one hour from the first pick up point.

Can we just turn up and pay on the day?

Sorry, all seats must be pre-booked and paid for prior to travel.

How do I book, and when do I find out my pick up time?

You can book by e-mail. Your pick up time from your chosen pick up point will be e-mailed to you approximately five days before the excursion.
